Reception at the Big Barn
Finally, our night will end off with a big party in the Big Barn at Balls’ Falls Conservation Area.
We are very excited to actually celebrate with you! Our reception at Ball’s Falls will include games, dancing, an open bar, and plenty of food (including pizza, cupcakes, and other late-night snacks). Our hope is for a relaxed, joyful night filled with laughter, movement, and good company.
A shuttle service will be provided to and from the reception. At 6:30 PM, buses will depart from the parking lots of the two hotels where we have reserved room blocks. They will bring guests to the Big Barn. Return shuttles will leave the Big Barn at 10:00 PM, 11:30 PM, and 1:00 AM to bring guests back to their hotels.
We hope that the combination of the hotel block, shuttle service, and open bar allows everyone to relax and fully enjoy the evening.

$289 for Cityview Rooms on Friday, August 7th
$349 for Cityview Rooms on Saturday, August 8th
Cityview rooms contain either 2 queen beds and a sofa or 1 king bed and a sofa. Reservations must be made by July 11th by calling the reservations office at 1-800-263-2553 ext #1 and quoting the group name “MAYNARD WEDDING” or online at the hotel’s website, vittoriahotels.com, and entering the group code “MNW”.
