Dinner Around Niagara
After the ceremony, we will be hosting a small private dinner with our immediate family and wedding party. During that time, we would love for you to explore Niagara and try out some of the dinner date locations where we fell in love.
Johan’s Restaurant & Bakery
A new Mexican restaurant downtown St. Catharines. We usually get the shredded beef sandwich (birria torta) and the freshly made bread might be the best part. Fun Fact: Most Mexican baked goods in Niagara come from this bakery!

Fat Rabbit
We’ve only been to this Michelin restaurant/butchery once and we accidentally ate everything before getting a good picture, but the food here is delicious! They have an interesting philosophy on sourcing and serving meat. We recommend the kitchen’s choice of 3 different preparations of meat.

Ludology Board Game Cafe
An awesome board game spot that has great food as well! They have several fun cocktails and teas, and we almost always split an order of fries. This spot was one of Sammy’s stops on her engagement scavenger hunt.

Wind St. Catharines
Sammy’s family always takes us for all-you-can-eat sushi at Wind over the Christmas break. It’s also very popular with Brock Students. James’ current record is 17 scoops of all-you-can-eat ice cream post-meal.

Mexican Taco Zone
Our Valentine’s Day date spot (and James would sneak off for lunch here when he was teaching in the area). We always get the choriqueso, tacos, and then finish with churros. Just remember to bring cash!
The Watering Can
This indoor garden centre has underrated drinks, pastries, and full lunches. We recommend taking time to browse the flower market before or after eating!

Wherever you end up, we would love to see pictures of you around town!
